I am passionate about creating a work environment where our people love what they do and operate in teams of people with as shared a commitment to our Purpose and Values.  Highly engaged and motivated colleagues who really care are essential to delivering a brilliant experience to our Customers. 

Outside work, treasured time with family dominates.  I love reading and listening to smart people on engagement, customer experience, economics, business in general.
