As Chief Customer Officer, my responsibilities are focused entirely on helping our business to deliver on our Purpose. I work with customers to keep learning what exceptional means to them and I work with colleagues to continually improve our service. I meet smart, inspirational people who can help us raise the bar and make a positive and lasting impression on the recruitment sector.Outside Stanton House I lead a busy life with my family, particularly supporting my three young sons’ sporting endeavours, as well as ensuring that they maintain appropriate taste in music (The Jam, The Smiths and The Stone Roses may not have been aimed at their generation but that won’t deter me!).
