Location: Mid-Atlantic, US (DE, DC, MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV)
Compensation: $300k-$350k OTE 50/50 split + Equity + NRD
Key responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor to customers demonstrating how your solution provides value to their security operations
- Engage with CISO's and security operations teams
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the pipeline and drive revenue, while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Navigate complex sales cycles
Experience required:
- Seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry and a strong track record of exceeding quota and success selling to CISOs, cybersecurity executives, and heads of security operations
- Proven experience working in sales at early-stage startups (Seed to Series A), Demonstrated success managing both mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.
- A hunter mentality with strong prospecting skills
- Able to articulate technical concepts and map them to business outcomes
