Enterprise Account Director
Company: Offensive Security vendor
Location: Southwest, US ( SoCal, AZ, UT, NV, NM, CO, TX)
Compensation: $300k OTE 50/50 split + Equity
Key responsibilities:
*Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
*Continuously generate and progress pipeline opportunities.
*Identify upsell potential.
*Forge strategic alliances with industry leaders
*Refine and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
*Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Solution Architecture teams
*Engage with clients directly and relevant channel partners.
Experience required:
*5+ years of experience engaging enterprise clients within the cybersecurity and professional services sectors.
*Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
*Proven expertise in SaaS solution sales to CTOs, CISOs, and senior security leadership.
*Deep understanding of the security product landscape and experience navigating complex sales cycles.
*Experience guiding clients through technical sales processes
