Regional Sales Manager - Western U.S. | Network Security & Policy Automation

With a strong customer base, proven product, and continued market demand, the company is expanding its U.S. commercial team with a focus on growing key regions.

The Opportunity


This is a high-impact role responsible for driving net-new business and expanding customer relationships across the Western U.S. territory.
You'll own the full sales cycle, working closely with large enterprise and Fortune 500 clients across regulated industries. This role comes with strong technical support from a dedicated Sales Engineer and full access to marketing, product, and customer success teams.
You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team during an exciting phase of growth across North America.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across the Western U.S. (Bay Area preferred)
  • Sell into enterprise clients and complex organizations with large-scale network environments
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including CISOs, cloud architects, and network/security teams
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Sales Engineer to run demos, POCs, and technical evaluations
  • Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and close business to meet and exceed targets

What You Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B enterprise cybersecurity sales
  • Strong understanding of network security, firewall policy management, or adjacent infrastructure tools
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment in a defined territory
  • Experience selling into large, matrixed enterprise customers-ideally across financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure
  • Based in or near the Bay Area strongly preferred; must be comfortable with client-facing travel across the Western U.S.

Compensation - $300K - $400K OTE
