Compensation: $300K–$350K OTE

About the Role

A high-growth cybersecurity company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to expand its presence across a greenfield Mid-Atlantic territory.
This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to capitalize on strong product-market fit and significant inbound demand. You’ll work with a platform that serves both commercial and federal compliance use cases and is already gaining traction with enterprise customers across financial services, technology, healthcare, and government sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within a wide-open Mid-Atlantic territory

  • Conduct discovery calls, POVs (proof of value), product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders

  • Drive outbound pipeline through strategic prospecting, channel partnerships, and industry events

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

  • Execute land-and-expand strategies across enterprise accounts

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, ideally within cybersecurity or GRC

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Strong track record of outbound prospecting and territory development

  • Experience selling into CISO organizations or senior security leadership

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Business-oriented mindset with customer-facing experience

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC/MEDDPIC

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
