About the Role
A high-growth, AI-native cybersecurity company is seeking a technically strong and business-minded GTM Engineer to build and scale the automation and intelligence layer behind its revenue engine.
This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of AI, systems architecture, and revenue operations, with real ownership to define best practices and shape how a modern GTM function operates at scale.
What You'll Do
Architect, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agents to automate repetitive GTM tasks and decision-making
Design and implement automation-first systems that replace manual processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks
Own and optimize data connectivity across the GTM tech stack (e.g., CRM, enrichment tools, automation platforms)
Build and maintain integrations that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems
Develop and scale data enrichment processes to improve completeness and quality across GTM records
Partner with GTM and Operations stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions
Rapidly prototype solutions and productionize them with proper monitoring, governance, and documentation
Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials to ensure long-term scalability and adoption
Continuously evaluate and implement new AI, orchestration, and automation capabilities to improve GTM performance
Requirements & Skills
2+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM role within a high-growth SaaS environment
Strong technical foundation combined with business acumen—ability to translate business needs into scalable systems
Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration platforms (e.g., Clay, Workato, n8n)
Proficiency with core GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and data tools
Proven ability to apply AI and advanced automation to solve complex operational challenges
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, system reliability, and scalability
Experience identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes for automation-first execution
Bonus: experience with SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for reporting and insights
Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
