About the Role

A growing technology company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and expand its customer base.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a consultative sales approach who can effectively navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Understand customer challenges and align appropriate solutions to business needs
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales is highly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Business-oriented mindset with customer-facing experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
