Job Title: Incident Response Lead
Job Location: Seattle, WA or Remote within the US aligned to EST hours
Compensation: $300,000 to $400,000 base salary 

Join a high growth technology organization focused on building and scaling secure, reliable services. They are looking for a hands-on incident response leader to strengthen detection, response, and resilience across the business.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and coordinate security incident response from triage through containment, eradication, and recovery
• Build and continuously improve incident response playbooks, runbooks, and escalation paths
• Partner with Security Operations, Engineering, and IT to strengthen monitoring and response coverage
• Drive post incident reviews and ensure lessons learned translate into measurable control improvements
• Run tabletop exercises and readiness programs to keep teams prepared

What You Bring
• Proven experience leading security incident response for cloud and modern infrastructure environments
• Strong knowledge of attacker tactics, investigation workflows, and common security tooling
• Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders during high pressure events
• Experience improving processes, documentation, and operational metrics for response programs
• Excellent written communication and executive ready incident reporting skills
