Job Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site)
Compensation: $200,000 base salary (role dependent)

What You’ll Do

• Lead end to end build and integration efforts for physical security systems and tooling

• Partner with engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions

• Manage testing, rollout, and operational handoff to ensure stable performance in production environments

• Troubleshoot issues across integrations and drive root cause resolution

• Document processes and standards to support long term maintainability

• Experience delivering physical security builds and system integrations in complex environments

• Strong ability to coordinate across technical and non technical partners

• Hands on troubleshooting mindset with a focus on reliability and operational readiness

• Familiarity with security controls, access systems, and related infrastructure concepts

• Ability to own deliverables as an individual contributor in an on site setting
