What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable backend services and platform capabilities
- Lead technical decisions and drive system architecture improvements
- Partner with product and engineering peers to scope and deliver high impact work
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity through better tooling and processes
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering production systems
- Proficiency in modern backend development and distributed systems concepts
- Demonstrated ownership from design through deployment and operations
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical partner
- Experience mentoring others and leading through influence
