Job Title: IT Engineer, Data Center
Job Location: Seattle, WA (on-site)
Compensation: $180,000 base salary

What You’ll Do
• Own day to day data center operations including installs, moves, and break fix support
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and connectivity issues to restore service quickly
• Coordinate vendor work and manage access, shipments, and onsite logistics
• Improve reliability through documentation, process refinement, and preventative maintenance
• Support capacity planning and inventory tracking to keep growth on track
What You Bring
• Experience supporting data center infrastructure in production environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, cabling, and basic networking concepts
• Comfort working onsite and responding to urgent operational issues when needed
• Clear documentation habits and a process focused mindset
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
