🚀 We're Hiring: FP&A Manager | Basingstoke | £80,000 - £90,000
Reporting to: CFO
Location: Basingstoke
A growing, high-performing company is seeking its first FP&A Manager to build and lead the financial planning and analysis function. This is a high-impact role with the chance to design and own the financial model from the ground up-shaping forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making as the business scales.
What You'll Do:
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Lead a 3-statement financial model, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year plans. Conduct scenario analysis and support strategic initiatives with robust financial modelling.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver high-quality financial reports and dashboards for the executive team and board. Provide ad-hoc analysis to inform critical decisions.
- Business Partnering: Align financial plans with KPIs, advise on sales strategy and technology investment, and act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven FP&A experience in high-growth, complex environments (PE & Corporate experience preferred)
- Expertise in integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, plus commercial curiosity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
