Job Title:
CRM Programme Manager

Role: Programme Manager

Duration: 24 months Fixed term contract

Salary: £75,000

Location: Remote with occasional visits of client`s London office

Stanton House is working with a non for profit organisation that is embarking on a major technology transformation, including new CRM system. As a CRM Programme Manager you will be leading the successful delivery of this programme — overseeing planning, governance, supplier management, risk mitigation, staff engagement, and benefits realisation. The role will ensure the CRM and related systems are delivered to a high standard, on time, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition, delivery, and governance of the CRM implementation programme.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, technology teams, and suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Manage programme plans, budgets, risks, and reporting to governance boards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work on process design, data migration, testing, and go-live.
  • Ensure compliance with cyber security, data protection, and quality standards.
  • Communicate programme aims and benefits to staff and stakeholders.
  • Support a smooth transition to new systems and working practices.
  • Line manage a junior Project Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering complex end to end CRM programmes.
  • Strong project and programme management skills using recognised methodologies.
  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets, and governance reporting.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure delivery quality.
  • Qualifications in PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or Change Management.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, data migration, and integration tools.
  • Experience in large or membership-based organisations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
