Job Title: Site Security Lead
Job Location: Buffalo, Lubbock, Houston, Barber Lake, or Abernathy (TX) (on site)
Compensation: $200,000 base salary
A rapidly growing AI and technology infrastructure organization is hiring a hands-on security leader to own day to day site protection and set the standard for physical security operations. They are looking for someone who can build strong processes, partner cross functionally, and keep people and assets safe in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily physical security operations for the site, including access control and incident response
• Build and enforce site security procedures, post orders, and escalation paths
• Partner with Facilities, IT, and Operations to reduce risk and improve controls
• Manage vendors or guard services, including scheduling, performance, and training
• Own reporting and investigations, documenting events and driving corrective actions
What You Bring
• Experience leading physical security operations in a critical environment such as data centers, manufacturing, logistics, or large corporate sites
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management processes
• Comfort making real time decisions during incidents and coordinating responses
• Clear written documentation skills for reports, investigations, and SOPs
• Ability to influence stakeholders and hold a high bar for safety and compliance
