A growing technology company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and expand its customer base. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a consultative sales approach who can effectively navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Understand customer challenges and align appropriate solutions to business needs
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements & Skills
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales is highly preferred
Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Business-oriented mindset with customer-facing experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
