Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
Travel: ~10–15%
Compensation: Up to $220,000 base + 20% bonus

The opportunity

A fast-growing cybersecurity consulting practice is hiring a hands-on Technical Associate Director/Director to become the first technical hire supporting a top-performing practice leader. This is a highly technical role focused on delivering excellent security outcomes across varied engagements (from short assessments to multi-month projects).

This position is not heavily client-facing—the emphasis is on high-quality technical delivery, with occasional direct client interaction.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute technical security consulting work across:

  • Application Security

  • Penetration Testing

  • Mobile Security (iOS/Android)

  • Network Security

  • Security Engineering assessments

• Work across diverse industries/tech stacks and contribute to building out a growing consulting capability

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in security engineering / technical security consulting

• Strong AppSec background and hands-on pen testing experience

• Working knowledge of Windows & Linux environments

• Exposure to Android and iOS security

• Understanding of malware concepts and attack methodologies

• Strong written/verbal communication and an independent consulting mindset

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required)
