Job Title: Security Lead, Deployment and Ops
Job Location: Remote (US)
Compensation: $350,000 base salary
A high growth AI infrastructure business is building and operating large scale environments that support mission critical workloads. They are looking for a hands on security leader to own deployment and operational security across fast moving programs, balancing strong controls with speed and reliability.
What You’ll Do
• Lead security for new deployments from design reviews through go live and steady state operations
• Build and run security operations processes including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Partner with engineering and operations to drive pragmatic risk reduction and secure changes at pace
• Establish security standards, runbooks, and approvals for day to day operational work
• Communicate security posture, key risks, and remediation progress to stakeholders
What You Bring
• Experience leading security for complex production environments, ideally infrastructure, cloud, or data center adjacent
• Strong security operations background including incident handling, detection, and vulnerability remediation
• Ability to build repeatable processes and influence cross functional teams without slowing delivery
• Practical understanding of physical and operational security considerations in high availability environments
• Clear communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
