Job Location: Remote, based in the United States with approximately 25% travel, Seattle WA listed as a hub location
Compensation: $250,000 to $275,000 base salary with on target earnings up to approximately $545,000

Join a high growth boutique cybersecurity consulting firm focused on next generation security engineering. They are looking for a senior leader to drive client delivery and expansion, partnering directly with the CEO to scale enterprise relationships and win new business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee delivery of security consulting engagements for enterprise clients

• Expand existing client accounts and originate new opportunities to drive revenue growth

• Serve as an executive level advisor to client stakeholders on security engineering initiatives

• Partner with technical teams to shape solutions across cloud security and detection engineering

• Help build a high-performance culture through coaching, collaboration, and team development

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity services to large, enterprise scale organizations

• At least 2 years of owning client relationships and growing accounts or services revenue

• Strong technical fluency in security engineering, able to credibly advise senior stakeholders

• Consulting leadership background with comfort balancing delivery and business development

• Authorization to work in the US as a citizen or green card holder
