Job Title: Staff Incident Responder
Job Location: Cambridge, MA hybrid or remote
Compensation: $200K-$220K + Bonus + Equity

Join a highly regarded biotech organization known for advancing breakthrough therapies and scaling globally. They are looking for a senior incident response leader who can run complex investigations end to end and help mature detection and response through engineering, automation, and better telemetry.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex incident response investigations including containment, eradication, and recovery across a global environment

• Conduct advanced threat hunting and forensic analysis across endpoint, cloud, network, and identity signals

• Improve detection coverage and response speed through tuning, automation, and better workflows

• Build and enhance playbooks, tooling, scripts, and integrations that make response more scalable

• Communicate findings clearly and drive remediation with partners across technology teams

What You Bring

• 8 plus years in incident response, DFIR, threat hunting, or security operations in enterprise environments including cloud

• Strong investigation skills across endpoint, cloud, network, and identity with ability to correlate multiple data sources

• Scripting and automation capability such as Python, Go, PowerShell, or Bash

• Deep knowledge of attacker tactics and techniques and experience using MITRE ATT and CK

• Confidence leading high pressure investigations and translating technical risk to varied stakeholders
