Job Location: New York City, NY hybrid with some remote flexibility
Compensation: Up to $350,000 base plus equity
Join a high growth AI infrastructure organization building hyperscale data centers that support advanced AI and high performance computing workloads. They are looking for a senior GRC leader to partner closely with the CISO and establish a scalable governance, risk, and compliance program that enables rapid growth while meeting rigorous security and regulatory expectations.
What You’ll Do
• Build and own the security GRC program and operating model from the ground up
• Define and implement policies, standards, controls, and risk management processes across the business
• Lead compliance initiatives across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800 53, and SOX IT general controls
• Partner with security engineering, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders to translate requirements into practical controls
• Drive audit readiness, evidence collection, and continuous improvement without slowing the business down
What You Bring
• Significant leadership experience across security governance, risk, and compliance
• Hands on expertise with SOC 2 and ISO 27001, plus strong working knowledge of NIST 800 53 and SOX ITGC
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, auditors, and technical teams
• Experience building or maturing programs in fast growth or changing environments
• A pragmatic, low ego approach with strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity
