We are partnering with a cybersecurity company operating at the intersection of cyber threat intelligence and third-party cyber risk as it builds out its enterprise sales team across the US.
The business helps large organizations identify when suppliers and third parties are actively compromised or being targeted, understand the relevance of that activity to their environment, and take action before it becomes a wider security incident.
The platform is positioned primarily into the CISO and security organization, combining threat intelligence, contextual analysis and managed remediation.
They are now hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own a Central US territory, with Chicago currently the priority location.
This is a greenfield territory, but not a completely cold start.
The company already has enterprise pipeline, an established leadership network, BDR and Sales Engineering support, and a growing channel motion with major cybersecurity resellers and service providers.
The business is still early enough that you will have significant influence over how the territory, partner motion and sales process develop.
Build and execute the enterprise sales strategy across your Central US territory
Develop relationships with CISOs, security leaders, SOC teams and other senior cybersecurity stakeholders
Create net-new pipeline through direct prospecting, existing relationships and channel partners
Work closely with VARs, MSSPs and strategic partners to generate and progress opportunities
Run complex enterprise sales cycles from first conversation through commercial close
Position a relatively new approach to third-party cyber risk against more established risk-management and security-rating platforms
Work alongside Sales Engineering and threat-intelligence teams during demonstrations and proof-of-value activity
Help shape messaging, competitive positioning and the wider go-to-market motion as the business scales
