Job Title: Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity SaaS)
Location: East Coast (25-40% Travel)
Compensation: $180K-$200K
A rapidly scaling cybersecurity company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive demand and pipeline through targeted, high-impact programs across priority accounts and regions.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and execute regional strategies
Turn product marketing and demand gen campaigns into localized field activations
Own end-to-end delivery of events: executive roundtables, customer dinners, partner programs, and select conferences
Build programs that accelerate deals and expand within existing accounts
Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event follow-up
Track performance across pipeline influence, deal velocity, and ROI
What You Bring
4–6 years of field or event marketing experience (B2B SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline impact
Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple programs
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
Budget ownership with a focus on efficiency and impact
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance outreach and execution
