Job Title: Senior Director of IAM
Job Location: Remote
Compensation: Up to $220,000 base salary plus 20 percent bonus

A large, global services organization is expanding its cybersecurity leadership team and is seeking a senior Identity and Access Management leader to unify multiple identity functions into a single, scalable enterprise program. This person will own identity strategy, lead a multi-phase consolidation, and build consistent governance across a complex environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap across platforms and identity services
• Lead the consolidation of multiple identity teams into one operating model over roughly 18 months
• Establish governance, security standards, and repeatable processes to reduce identity risk
• Partner with cybersecurity leadership on priorities, investments, and program execution
• Manage and grow a team starting around 8, expanding to approximately 15

What You Bring

• Experience leading IAM or identity teams with at least 4 direct or indirect reports
• Hands on leadership exposure to Entra ID or AWS Identity (experience with both is a plus)
• Proven ability to drive modernization and consolidation initiatives at enterprise scale
• Strong executive level stakeholder management and communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States (US citizen or permanent resident)
