Job Title: Physical Security Design and Architecture
Job Location: Remote (US)
Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary

What You’ll Do

Lead the design and architecture strategy for physical security across sites and facilities

Define standards, reference designs, and governance for access control, video surveillance, and related systems

Partner with facilities, IT, and security stakeholders to deliver programs from concept through deployment

Evaluate vendors and solutions, balancing security, cost, and long-term maintainability

Drive documentation, roadmaps, and continuous improvement for physical security capabilities
What You Bring

Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise physical security systems and programs

Strong architecture mindset with the ability to build standards, frameworks, and repeatable patterns

Hands on knowledge of access control and video surveillance platforms and common integrations

Ability to influence cross functional partners and lead initiatives across multiple locations

Strong communication skills, including executive level updates and clear technical documentation
