Job Title: Physical Security Operations Manager
Job Location: Remote (US)
Compensation: $175,000 base salary

What You’ll Do
• Lead day to day physical security operations and incident response for assigned sites
• Own access control, visitor management, and guard force or vendor performance where applicable
• Partner with Facilities, IT, and leadership to assess risk and implement security improvements
• Maintain security policies, post orders, and documentation that support audits and investigations
• Deliver clear reporting on incidents, trends, and corrective actions
What You Bring
• Experience leading physical security operations in a corporate, technology, or critical infrastructure setting
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and physical security best practices
• Proven incident management skills with sound judgement and calm execution
• Ability to manage vendors and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong written communication and comfort creating process and documentation
