Job Title: Security Program Manager
Job Location: New York City, NY (hybrid)
Compensation: Base salary up to $270,000

Join a publicly traded AI infrastructure business building hyperscale data center capacity for leading AI platforms. They are looking for a security focused program leader to help the CISO drive execution across security engineering, GRC, security operations, and physical security as the organization scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own and coordinate the security project portfolio across multiple security teams

• Drive key initiatives such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, security readiness, and data center launches

• Build and run governance, reporting, and project tracking processes using tools like Jira and Confluence

• Manage dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to keep critical projects on track

• Partner directly with the CISO and leadership team to communicate progress and risks

What You Bring

• Program or project management experience within security, infrastructure, engineering, or technology organizations

• Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and deliver projects to completion

• Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with limited PMO support

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in New York City
