Job Title: Webinar and Podcast Manager
Job Location: Remote
Compensation: Base salary target $150,000 to $200,000 plus bonus and equity

A fast-growing cybersecurity vendor building a control layer that helps enterprises safely adopt, and scale AI agents is looking for a producer minded marketer to build webinar and podcast programs from the ground up. You will own planning, production, promotion, and performance reporting, turning every recording into durable pipeline driving content.

What You’ll Do

• Build and run a webinar program including cadence, formats, topics, speakers, and live production

• Launch and operate a podcast including concept development, guest sourcing, recording, editing coordination, and distribution

• Manage the production calendar, speaker prep, run of show, and all logistics across both programs

• Partner with demand gen and digital teams to drive registrations, nurture, and content repurposing

• Track and report performance including registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact

What You Bring

• 3 plus years running webinars, virtual events, podcasts, or video programs in B2B marketing, ideally cybersecurity audience focused

• Proven experience building a program from zero, not just maintaining an existing one

• Comfort with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools

• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and deadlines

• Clear communicator who stays calm and effective during live production
